Hi, I'm Cherry Lai. Basque & Co brings the beloved taste of Hong Kong-style desserts to the UK. Born and raised in Hong Kong, I began learning the art of creating sweet treats by the age of 12.

After moving to Scotland and spending five years as a professional dessert chef, I founded Basque & Co to share the warmth and memories of home — one cheesecake at a time.
